We dispatch all physical copies directly from our press in Urdu Bazaar. Delivery is handled via Indrive Courier. 

Important: You only pay us for the book in advance; the Indrive rider’s fare is paid by you in cash upon delivery.

Every book is Printed-to-Order at Urdu Bazaar specifically for you. Because these are custom-printed investigative archives, we do not accept returns once the dispatch is confirmed. 

If there is a major printing defect, contact us on WhatsApp with photos for a replacement.

These are the Official Author Editions, printed under my direct supervision. Each copy is produced to the highest standards to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure that the dossiers are preserved exactly as intended.

Yes. We offer global tracked shipping to readers worldwide. Because global courier rates fluctuate daily, we do not have a flat fee at checkout. 

Complete your order on the site using the 'International' placeholder, then message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. 

We will provide an exact shipping quote from DHL or FedEx. Once the shipping fee is cleared via SadaPay or international transfer, your order will be dispatched.

Because rider fares and courier rates fluctuate daily based on your exact location, we do not charge a flat delivery fee through the website system.

 The "Free" label at checkout simply means no shipping cost is being added to your initial cart total. Instead, you will either pay the Indrive rider their exact fare directly in cash upon delivery, or we will calculate a precise Nationwide/International courier quote and send it to your WhatsApp to be included in your final advance transfer. 

This ensures you only pay the exact cost of dispatch without any hidden platform markups. 

Yes, digital editions are available. However, to prevent unauthorized sharing, we do not send raw PDF files. 

When you select the "Digital Access" format at checkout, you are buying access to a secure digital viewer. Once your payment is verified on WhatsApp, we will send you a private link to read the entire book instantly on your phone or computer. 

Note that downloading and printing are strictly disabled.
